Luminotes support for Safari and Chrome! (beta)

It's been a long time coming, but today's Luminotes 1.5.3 release has beta support for both the Safari web browser from Apple and the new Google Chrome browser. This means that you can use Luminotes or Luminotes Desktop on your browser of choice instead of having to use Firefox or Internet Explorer. It also means that you're more likely to be able to edit your Luminotes wiki if you're using a friend's computer, a library computer, etc.

The Safari and Chrome support at this point is considered beta, because while I have tested it myself, it hasn't yet received the sort of real-world pounding that other browsers have gotten with Luminotes.

So, please do your worst!

Questions? Comments? Bugs? Let me know.

P.S. I haven't forgotten you, Opera users. If you want Luminotes to support Opera or any other browser, vote by email.

P.P.S. The Luminotes Safari support is for Safari version 3+. Unfortunately, Safari 1 and 2 just don't have the DesignMode support necessary to work with Luminotes.
