layout improvements

When you log into your account and view your wiki, you'll notice a few layout changes designed to make the Luminotes site a little nicer.

First, the blue header from the front page of the web site has now found its way onto the wiki editing page. That way you can easily get to other areas of the site with a single click, such as the user's guide, my contact information, or this very blog.

Second, the search box has moved over to the right side of the page to join the list of actions for the current notebook. This means that the rest of the page could shift up a bit, so you actually end up with slightly more space on the screen to view your wiki notes.
