note saving and other bug fixes

A quick update: I just put out a pure bug-fix release containing fixes for problems related to automatic note saving and viewing notes in the trash. If you've had any issues lately, or even if you haven't, I highly recommend upgrading. Online Luminotes users get the upgrade automatically, and ​Luminotes Desktop​ users can download the new version for free.
